L.L.C., registered in the United Arab Emirates under registration number 1053694 (hereinafter also referred to as the Company), may collect and use about users of the official website of the Company, accessed by you at https://parusuae.ae/ (hereinafter also referred to as the Site), as well as about clients of the Company who are provided with services (collectively or individually hereinafter – Users).

By accessing the Site or ordering services, you consent to the processing of your personal data and confirm that you are informed about the procedure and purpose as well as other conditions of processing your personal data in accordance with Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021.

By visiting the Site and/or ordering the Company’s services, you accept this Privacy Policy, allowing the Company to collect, use, and disclose information about you according to the purposes specified below.

Additionally, by visiting the Site and/or ordering the Company’s services, you confirm that you have sufficient legal capacity and capability under the laws of the country where you are a resident to consent to this Privacy Policy and to the processing of your personal data under the terms set forth in this Privacy Policy. 1. Personal Data. Terminology.

• Personal Data Controller – an establishment or natural person that has Personal Data, and by virtue of its activity, determines whether individually or jointly with other persons or establishments, the method and criteria for processing such Personal Data and the purpose of processing it (i.e., the Company);

Additional Terms of Personal Data Processing When Submitting a Request Using the Feedback Form on the Site

The feedback form on our Site contains the following information: name, phone number, email address. According to UAE legislation, this information is not considered personal data as it does not allow identifying a person.

Additional Terms of Personal Data Processing When Ordering and/or Using the Company’s Services:

By ordering the Company’s services in any way, you provide us with the information specified in section 2 of this Policy, as well as confirm that you have read and agree to all the terms of the Policy without exception.

AML Compliance

To comply with the regulations on anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing when providing Services, the Company is obliged to verify the identity and address of the registration of the personal data subject (user) as well as the source of income for providing corporate services. This information is needed for regulatory purposes, will be kept in strict confidentiality, and used for purposes related to the services provided by the Company and only within the limits allowed by local data protection legislation. The AML policy in force in the Company will be provided to you for review by the manager before the start of direct provision of Services.

• Agreeing with the Privacy Policy

By agreeing with the Privacy Policy or otherwise providing us with information, you consent to the processing and transfer of information in the UAE and beyond.

• Rights of Personal Data Subjects

Personal non-property rights to personal data held by every natural person are inalienable and inviolable.

The personal data subject has the right to:

• know the sources of collection, location of their personal data, the purpose of their processing, location or place of residence (stay) of the owner or processor of personal data, or give an appropriate order to obtain this information to authorized persons, except in cases established by law;

• receive, no later than thirty calendar days from the date of receipt of the request, except in cases provided by law, a response as to whether their personal data is being processed, as well as receive the content of such personal data;

• present a reasoned demand for changing or destroying their personal data by any owner and processor of personal data if these data are processed illegally or are inaccurate;
• protect their personal data from illegal processing and accidental loss, destruction, damage in connection with intentional concealment, failure to provide or untimely provision, as well as protection from providing information that is inaccurate or defames the honor, dignity, and business reputation of a natural person;
• file complaints about the processing of their personal data to the Commissioner or the court;
• apply legal remedies in case of violation of data protection legislation;
• make reservations regarding the restriction of the right to process their personal data when giving consent;
• withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;
• know the mechanism of automatic processing of personal data;
• protection from automated decision-making that has legal consequences for them.
• Obligations of the User of Services and the Site

Since the information on the Site and social networks of the Company is protected by current intellectual property legislation, you agree not to copy, duplicate, translate for further use, and not store it on other electronic media;

You agree not to commit actions aimed at violating the rights and legitimate interests of third parties (e.g., persons who left comments on social networks or authors of articles posted on the Site), including not collecting, processing, or disseminating personal information of such third parties, even if this information became known to you in any way.
